What communications are sent from the MyFitPod Platform?

Automated communications are sent to both PodPros and Podder through the MyFitPod platform.

The MyFitPod Platform sends automated emails and text messages through the platform to both PodPros and Podders. The list below will name and describe what emails are automatically sent out.

  1. New User Registration - PodPros and Podders will receive a new user email and text message when they first create their free account. The communication contains best practices on using the platform and the option to schedule a new customer onboarding session with a member of our team.
  2. PodPro New Session Creation - PodPros will receive both a text message and email confirming that they created a new session in the system for all session types created. Session types include Livestream, In-Person, and On-Demand.
  3. Session Purchase - PodPros and Podders will receive an email and text message when a Podder purchases and books a session for all available session types. Session types include Livestream, In-Person, and On-Demand.
    1. PodPros will receive information on the Podder who purchased their session by either drop-in, class package credit, or a membership. Information will include their name, email address, and all session details of the registered session.
    2. Podders will receive a purchase confirmation communication that includes the PodPro company name, email address, and all session details of the class they booked.
  4. Subscription Purchase - PodPros and Podders will receive both an email and text message when a Podder purchases either a class package or membership subscription.
    1. PodPros will receive information on the Podder who purchased the subscription. Information will include Podders name, email address, and the subscription details purchased.
    2. Podders will receive a purchase confirmation communication that includes the PodPro company name, email address, and subscription details.
  5. Session Reminder - PodPros and Podders will receive both an email and text message 15 minutes before the start of an upcoming session. Reminders are sent for Livestream and In-Person session types.
    1. Podder - The 15-minute reminder email and a text message will include all session details, and if the session is a Livestream session, a hyperlink to "Join Session" will be included. This link will automatically open the registered Podder into the Zoom meeting.
    2. PodPro - The 15-minute reminder email will include all session details and, if the session is a Livestream session, a button that a PodPro can click to automatically to "Start Session." This button will automatically open the registered PodPro as the host in the Zoom meeting. The 15-minute text message reminder will include all session details and a link to Log In to their PodPro account. Once logged into their account, PodPros can "Start Session" from the My Sessions - Upcoming session tab.
  6. Session Cancelation or Rescheduled - if a session is canceled or rescheduled by either a Podder or a PodPro, email, and text message communication are sent. See terms and conditions on cancellation policies.
    1. Podder - if a PodPro cancels or reschedules a session that the Podder is registered for, they will receive communication from the system letting them know that the session was canceled and include a note from the PodPro to why the session was modified or withdrawn.
    2. PodPro - if a Podder cancels or reschedules a session, the PodPro will receive communication from the platform letting them know that the Podder adjusted their booking and will provide a note from the Podder as to why, if the Podder documents the reason.
