Learn how to create and edit your own custom session packages, memberships and discounts.
Terminology
- Session Package is a quantity of sessions with a single PodPro that the Podder can purchase all at once, usually offered at a discounted rate. Once purchased, the Podder can book the sessions as they are ready, without having to go through the purchasing process each time.
- Membership is an automatically renewed subscription with a set monthly fee that allows the Podder to have unlimited access to the types of channels and services created by the PodPro. There are seven types of memberships a PodPro can create. Once purchased, the Podder can book individual sessions as they are ready, without having to go through the purchasing process each time.
- Discounts are codes offered to customers as a purchasing incentive that reduces the price of an individual session. Discount codes can be an effective means to attract customers and encourage repeat customers. PodPros can create two types of discounts: a percentage(%) off an individual session or a specific dollar ($) amount off an individual session.

How to create a Session Package
Sessions packages can be made in quantities of 5, 10, and 15 sessions with an expiration of 90 days and can include either In-Person or Live Stream sessions.
- Log into your PodPro account
- From the side navigation bar click on My Subscriptions
- Click on the Add Package + button to create a session package
- Complete all required fields.
- Click the SAVE button.

Under the Package section, you will see the new package displayed.

Ensure your package is ready to be used by checking that the "PUBLISH" is toggled to the YES, green status.

Publish

YES – allows customers to be able to purchase the package.

NO – turns off the ability for customers to be able to purchase the package.

How to edit a Session Package
- Log into your PodPro account
- From the side navigation bar click on My Subscriptions
- Find the package that you wish to edit. Click the three dots
on the far left hand side to edit, delete, or copy link for that individual session package
- "Edit" a session will allow you to edit package details
- "Delete" a session package will remove the the session package. You can only delete a session package if no customer has purchased a unit of it.
- "Copy Link" will copy the specific link for you to share with your customer or use as a call to action.
How to create a Membership Subscription
- Log into your PodPro account
- From the side navigation bar click on My Subscriptions
- Click on the Membership + icon to create a new membership
- Complete all required fields.
- If you wish to not display your membership offering on your PodPro website you should check the box √ Don't show this Membership to users.

- In-Person only
- On-Demand only
- Live Stream and In-Person only
- Live Stream and On-Demand only
- In-Person and On-Demand only
- Livestream, In-Person, and On-Demand (all channels)
- Click the Save button.

Under the Membership section, you will see the new membership displayed.

How to create a Discount

Log Into your PodPro Account

Click on the My Subscriptions tab from the side navigation bar

Click on the Add Discount + button

Fill in all required fields.

Discount Name: This is the internal name you will give your discount code. Example: New Year Promotion

Discount Code: This is the code your customers will enter at checkout for the individual session. Example: NewYear2022

Discount Type: PodPros can offer a percentage off an individual session or a specific dollar amount off a individual session.

Code must be redeemed by(Optional) – if you would like your discount to end on a specific day, you would select a date from the calendar.

Example: This promo code is only valid until Jan 31, 2022. Customers will only be able to redeem this promotional code by the date I select.

Discount on the Individual Session Type: Select all channel types: Live Stream, In-Person, On-Demand, that you would like your discount to apply to.

Select which published (private and/or public) session code will apply too(Optional): If you want to have your discount apply to only a specific session within a channel, PodPros can select which individual sessions to choose from. If you do not wish to restrict the discount, leave this section blank.

Usage Limit: select how you would like your discount to be used.

Unlimited – customers can use the discount as often as they want to

Limit to one time per Podder – customers can only use the discount code one time.

Limit to _ times per Podder – select from 2 – 10 times you would like the discount to be used per customer.
