There are two ways to reset or change your account password.
OPTION 1. RESET OR FORGOT PASSWORD
You can simply reset your password by clicking “Forgot Password” on the login page at www.app/myfitpod.com. An automated email will be sent to the email you have notated on your PodPro account immediately. If you have not received the email, you can request it again by clicking on "Forgot Password". Make sure to also check your Spam/Junk folders in your inbox.
OPTION 2. CHANGE PASSWORD
- Log In to your account at www.app/myfitpod.com.
- On the top right-hand corner of the app, click on the 🔻 next to your your profile image and select My Account.
- Click on the Security tab and change your password.
- Provide your old password and enter in a new password.
- Click SAVE.
